All our coffee is roast to your requirements. You can choose from the following roasts:

Light Roast - Nutty, smooth and mellow with good acidity
Medium Roast - Rich and aromatic, a slightly sweet taste with a hint of chocolate
Espresso Roast - Full, smooth tropical flavour with a creamy rich aroma
House Roast (50% medium/50% espresso)

My favourite is the medium roast, I find the espresso roast a bit dark for my tastes. Always happy to buy an Aussie coffee.
