Coffee prices - all coffee prices remain unchanged.
Shipping - we currently use Australia Post for all our orders. For orders under 5kg, we ship in pre-paid satchels, with the option of 'regular' delivery or 'express' delivery. For orders over 5kg, we use the Australia Post parcel service, which again has the option for regular delivery or express delivery. We only charge you what Australia Post charges us - there are no additional handling charges.
Grind - We offer a range of options. If you like to grind your own coffee, then the 'whole bean' option is best. However, we will also grind the coffee for you and offer the following options - espresso grind, filter grind, percolator grind and plunger grind. When selecting your coffee, you will see a drop down menu for you to be able to select the grind of your choice.
Roast - We offer four roasting options: light, medium, espresso (dark) and house (50% medium/50% dark). When selecting your coffee, you will see a drop down menu for you to be able to select the grind of your choice.
Orders: With our new website, you now have the option of ordering your coffee online. However, we appreciate that not everyone is comfortable with this and we continue to welcome orders via telephone and email. Simply give us a call on (07) 4092 2785 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Recurring Orders: Our Recurring Orders option allows you to set up a regular delivery of your favourite order. No customer login/registration required and you can unsubscribe at any time using a link in the email order confirmation. You will see a subscription option next to Add to Cart button, at the specified product(s) page. We will then send you recurrent emails with a payment link when its time for your next order.
Visiting us: As Maria and Bruno enjoy their retirement, they are no longer offering roasting tours or sales in person. However, the Skybury plantation welcomes visitors at the Skybury Cafe and Roastery (http://www.skybury.com.au/skybury-cafeandroastery). We are currently in the process of restoring the famous Maloberti roaster, which will take pride of place in the Skybury Cafe & Roastery. The roaster is a work of art and well worth a visit.
For those who have visited the Maloberti property previously, the Skybury plantation is a 'stones throw' away - just take the next right hand turning into Ivicevic Road after the Maloberti plantation. Follow the link above for further details on where we are located and our opening hours.
