All our coffee is roast to your requirements. You can choose from the following roasts:

Light Roast - Nutty, smooth and mellow with good acidity
Medium Roast - Rich and aromatic, a slightly sweet taste with a hint of chocolate
Espresso Roast - Full, smooth tropical flavour with a creamy rich aroma
House Roast (50% medium/50% espresso)

Nothing exceptional about it so far

Coffee I ordered is Expresso Roast. 1 KG bag costing me $54. to my door NSW.
I am using the Breville Barista Express, including the built in grinder
I have tried different grinds, coarse to fine, and different extraction times. Making about a 60 ml latte. Trying to find the sweet spot between sour and bitter bookends.
Comparing it to Delonghi house brand beans, and Coles Urban Organics (pre ground), and Vittoria pre ground.
So far I find nothing exceptional about this coffee. It is around 10 % better than the other coffees, but on a dollar per dollar basis, it doesn't punch its weight.
Coles Urban organic is about $20 for a kilo, and there is no way this coffee is more than 2 times better ( freight cost of $15 makes it really expensive.)
If I get better pull, I will update this review.
