All our coffee is roast to your requirements. You can choose from the following roasts:

Light Roast - Nutty, smooth and mellow with good acidity
Medium Roast - Rich and aromatic, a slightly sweet taste with a hint of chocolate
Espresso Roast - Full, smooth tropical flavour with a creamy rich aroma
House Roast (50% medium/50% espresso)

Fresh and Locally grown.

Being fussy about my coffee I find this coffee is as good as the best from other parts of the world. Being grown and roasted here in Queensland also means less miles to market.
